Day 89 - Healthy eating


While away on the northern NSW coast we expected to find vast choices at a seafood restaurant. The meager offerings of a whole snapper didn't appeal so much.  The day after we returned home, we bought some ling fillets for this roast vegetable and baked fish dish. We had shopped, cooked and were eating by 8pm - I think that's a new efficiency record!
