On our way home from Canberra we stopped by Lake George. Since my sister Belinda moved to Canberra I have driven past this landmark countless times and despite the satnav showing a blue feature, each time it was nothing more than a green sheep paddock. With the recent rain fall, the low lying land soon flooded and it formed a lake once more, albeit not quite as big as the satnav map!
