Tonight when I got home, Dani declared that she needed to go shopping. While we both have a soft spot for animals, we have no pets due to practical reasons rather than a lack of want. To get our fix, whenever we visit shopping centres, we always visit the pet shops. Tonight we made our customary stopover at the pet shop in Castle Towers and saw these critters at play. You can literally stand there for ages watching them make games from bits of thread or each other's tails. Below the kittens were four of Dani's favorite dog breed, border collies which seemed ignorant of the commotion that was taking place above them.
When you have your own place you can get a nice little kitten from the Cat Protection Society like when I got Jessie all those years ago... I think Dale has given up trying to palm Daisy off!
