Day 9 - Working it

Without any activity on our building site this morning, my excuse to drive to work vanished. So I walked down to the station and waited on the platform for my train which is where this photo was captured. Last time I caught up with my sister, Belinda, she put me onto an iPad app called Snapseed, which has assisted in making my morning seem a little more colourful then it actually was!

  1. So what did you do to the photo? I have this app. BTE, downloaded one tonight which does panoramas.

  2. How much fun is Snapseed... so easy too. Mum, what's the app you mentioned called?

  3. I used the app to straighten and also add 'Drama' - essentially made the colours much more vibrant than they were.

  4. Have you tried the tilt/shift feature in Snapseed yet Dave? Check out my project 366 from yesterday: http://dalesproject3662012.blogspot.com/ . Really liking this Snapseed thing :)

  5. Yeah mucked around with it a bit, I'm waiting for the ideal photo to take full advantage of it - it looked a bit odd when applied to a sunset. You're photos are looking good my fellow 366er!

  6. Thanks Dave, I appreciate the compliment as I've been watching your blog grow with stunning photo after stunning photo. If I end up with a 50% ratio of decent photos for the year I'll be happy. I've found that the tilt/shift works best from an elevated position and is particularly effective with cars, bikes, trains, planes (on the ground) as the subject matter.
