With Australia Day upon us there were many ways Dani and I could spend the holiday. We have done most of the typical Australia Day activities in previous years, Darling Harbour fireworks, the classic car display and the ferry race. This year would be different - with the rain falling we felt a bit soft. After brunch we headed off to the cinemas to see The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. When we got to Castle Towers Shopping Centre we had time for some window shopping and in the theme of Australia Day several shops went to some effort. We felt very patriotic with this display if not tantalised by all that blue icing!
