I expect that there will be three frequent themes in my blog: my wife Dani, our new house and my cooking. When I lived at home my specialty was two minute noodles ... not very appetising. Ever since I moved out I have taken to cooking from Delicious magazines. Typically I work my way through the month's edition, so much so that to my family's dismay I very rarely have much opportunity to repeat them. Tonight I finished making Jamie Oliver's Roasted Pumpkin & Chestnut Risotto Tart. This one was a bit more involved than the average recipe I attempt, but every now and again it's good to challenge oneself. Oh and the taste? My official taste tester Dani said it was devine!
With a big year ahead of us I thought a Project 366 would be the perfect way to look back at the way it was.

Day 11 - Delicious
